Summer and Surf's Up in the Kitchen too !

Making Hummus. Have Tried thirty recipes and this one is my Fave and regular. If I buy Hummus I like Sabra.

                                              Hummus
                           2 or 3 cloves of Garlic
                          2 Cans of Garbanzo Beans
                           1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
                           Juice of one Lemon
                          1/4 Cup of Hotwater, add at the end before You blend
                           pinch of Sea Salt
                           1/4 Cup Tahini
I Blend in a Food Processor. Scape with a spoonola and reblend or pulse in food processor . Make sure it's blended.

You can Garnish with Cayenne , Pine Nuts and red pepper or whatever you like.

I put some olive oil on the top sparingly. I make my own flatbread, Naan , or Pita. I buy it too; or Use French Bread. Whatever you like. You Can Serve it on Endive if you are avoiding carbs or for a Fancy look and Low Cal , Carb Treat !
     

Jeggings for Men " The Ex Girlfriend Jean "

Please Tell me this is not Happening ? Will those Speedo Bikini Guys , You know the ones with the Furry Black Hair on their backs, chest and arms. The Guy with the big Stomach over the Speedo ! OH You know they will wear this Jean. Will hot Guys that are straight were this Jean ? I hope not.
Wearing Leggings is for me, but not jeggings, Love my skinny Jeans though and Jeans are a Fave of mine.
Saw the Mens Jeggings on TV Guys and was Humorous ! Really Funny!

Raw Food Diet for Dogs.

I encountered a woman who was requesting Ribs and other "Raw Meat" for her dogs. She told me they ate the bones as well. I told her the bones would pucture the dogs intestines.
The woman said the dogs had clear eyes and beautiful coats.
 I would also be concerned with worms and E coli .

My dog is a Maltese toy. I feed her Dry food for little dogs and vegetable's steamed or grilled, that I have made for myself. My dog eats eggwhites cooked in olive oil once a month. Tuna from a can.
Her coat is very healthy. Her eyes are clear. Dogs eye ducts being runny is from allergies or heredity, also overbreeding.
I would not feed my dog a raw food diet.

I look foward to Surfing , bwimming and just enjoying beach life soon !

It's amazing how much better you feel in the simplicity and tranquility of the beach. It's nice to have some respite from life's stressors . I just feel so much happier in the Sun and Surf ! I like things to be simple . when things  are to complicated they aren't real. I like intricacies, Such as in Art , Tile Mosaic's , Elaborate paintings, Wonderous Photo's of Nature and especially the beach. Just watching surfing I find relaxing , it engages me , whether I participate or not . Of course I love to participate. When I can't just watching a surfing film or video engages me and put's me back in the " mello zone " which is where I like to reside.
 Just getting wet in the ocean and letting the salt water dry while I chill on the beach , and repeating this process , Is one of my favourite aspects of surfing, and swimming. This kind of thing In life I don't take for granted . The beach is a big part of who I am, and the ocean is my element and a constant in my life. The smell of a good beach is intoxicating to me !

Valentine's day makes me think of chocolate. I love Green and Black Organic Chocolate Bars. They even have white chocolate with a 33% Cocoa content. Good Stuff ! Moderation is the Key !

What will you do dor Valentine's Day ?

At Least I will eat Chocolate ! And think of my ideal Valentine, Who isn't present in my life now.
I don't know what I'll Do ! Surely Avoid anything I don't want to do !
