Summer and Surf's Up in the Kitchen too !

Making Hummus. Have Tried thirty recipes and this one is my Fave and regular. If I buy Hummus I like Sabra.

                                              Hummus
                           2 or 3 cloves of Garlic
                          2 Cans of Garbanzo Beans
                           1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
                           Juice of one Lemon
                          1/4 Cup of Hotwater, add at the end before You blend
                           pinch of Sea Salt
                           1/4 Cup Tahini
I Blend in a Food Processor. Scape with a spoonola and reblend or pulse in food processor . Make sure it's blended.

You can Garnish with Cayenne , Pine Nuts and red pepper or whatever you like.

I put some olive oil on the top sparingly. I make my own flatbread, Naan , or Pita. I buy it too; or Use French Bread. Whatever you like. You Can Serve it on Endive if you are avoiding carbs or for a Fancy look and Low Cal , Carb Treat !
